Collection Only - but not always

As a small Artisan company, our time is best served producing high quality picnics and platters for our customers. We’re local and we like it that way. Thats why we simply offer collection only. This isn’t to say we wouldn’t deliver but as a general rule we’d request you collect your goods and come and see where the apples for your apple juice comes from.

Substitute

We aim to offer high quality produce selected locally and abroad to help build the perfect experience for you. Sometimes it might be required to substitute (like for like) an item specified, to meet with our high expectations on freshness and taste. We will always try to notify you in advance of any changes.

Allergens

Whilst we follow best practice at all times, we do like to highlight the fact that all the dishes we produce are created in an environment where allergens are also prepared and cooked.

We cannot guarantee that the environment will be completely allergen free and therefore we do not cater for allergies.

Keep it Cool

To enjoy your picnic/platter at its optimum, please keep it cool until you need it! You will need to add ice packs for long delays or car journeys.

Events

Our little kitchen caters for 2 people right up to 30. If you have a specific event in mind, drop me a line in the contacts tab.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable other than within our cancellation period. No change or credit given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost. Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment.

Cancellation Policy

When building your picnic or platter we source and supply some of the finest local ingredients. This takes a little time and forward planning. However, we understand first hand that not all events are built equal and plans change. That’s why we’re happy to offer a tiered cancellation that reflects the preparation that goes into your order.

The detail:

• 14 days or more notice: Full refund

• 7 - 14 days notice: 50 percent refund

• 0 -7 days notice: 0 refund

48 hours notice

This helps us build your picnic/platter and source the required ingredients. If you’ve planned an impromptu picnic that falls short of this - just drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do.
